Auditing culture and ethics in an ever-changing environment
Develop your culture audit capability with practical insights from expert speakers covering the importance of culture audits for considering organisational values, behaviours and ethics, as well as the need for a strong risk management culture. This will include the NED perception of cultural audits, addressing ethical behaviours and standards, Diversity and Inclusion and practical advice on conducting a culture audit, hot off the press from a recently completed enterprise-wide culture review.
