BFSSAP | Consumer Duty - Practitioner Perspectives

Join a discussion between practitioners on the 21 June on how they have approached the implementation of the new Consumer Duty regulation and whether it has changed how and what they assess. The event includes two different organizations, one established bank and, one challenger bank, to give attendees a chance to compare approaches and relate back to their own needs.
